Name: Albert Fang

Languages Spoken: English, Mandarin

Title: Head of Migration 1280959

I return to Migration Downunder, as Head of Migration, having previously worked with Migration Downunder ten years ago as a relatively new Registered Migration Agent.

I specialise in corporate migration and exploring pathways for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals seeking residency in Australia.  I am also well-versed in assisting multinational corporations in setting up their operations in Australia and managing visas for their key expatriates.  My expertise extends to business developments, key relationship management, and business strategy, and I am bilingual in Mandarin and English.

What does your role entail at Migration Downunder?

As the Head of Migration at Migration Downunder in Sydney, my role is responsible for managing and enhancing our client-service experience and delivering on expectations of how one’s migration journey should look.

I am charged with managing and leading a nationwide team and embedding adaptive, human centred ways of working, as well as fostering a culture of innovation and impact through networked and collaborative teams and building on lived experience.

What’s your favourite thing about working at MDU?

Our culture is highly supportive, with everyone willing to go the extra mile for each other. I feel well-supported by my manager, peers, and the support team. My manager offers clear guidance and is always available for questions. My peers are collaborative and share their expertise readily, fostering a strong sense of teamwork. The support team is efficient in resolving any issues quickly. This collective support has been invaluable in managing my workload effectively and maintaining a positive work environment.

How do you spend your time outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, traveling to various countries and indulging in a variety of cuisines from different cultures.  I am an avid fisherman and basketball player, recently achieving my goal of catching a 120kg Southern Bluefin tuna in South Australia and actively participating in my local basketball league, where I foster strong team spirit and connections with teammates.

Before any immigration advice can be provided, we must hold an initial consultation which will attract a fee of $385.
