Want to obtain an Australian Permanent Residency?
Book a consultation with one of our experienced registered migration agents today to see if you’re eligible for an Australian visa. All you need to do is fill in the form and we’ll be in contact with you shortly!
Why use a migration agent when you can just download the forms from the Department of Home Affairs website? This is a common question and we understand why you would ask, however, behind the completion of forms is a complex legal world that can often be misinterpreted or misunderstood.
Our agents are highly trained and keep up to date with the latest court decisions that may affect the outcome of your visa application.
We have recently seen a spike of visa refusals from individuals who contact us after they have attempted to lodge their own applications only to have them refused. This leads to unnecessary costs and future complications that could easily have been avoided had they received expert legal advice and guidance from the beginning.
We spend at minimum 30 minutes to an hour to verify whether or not a person can meet all the criteria for a visa. We charge a fee to complete a full visa assessment which, should you be eligible to proceed further and utilise our services within three months of the consultation, this fee is deducted from our full-fee services.
This allows us to spend the time examining your entire circumstance, to answer all your questions, and to explain the next steps and process.
If you sign on for a full visa application service within three months of the consultation, the consultation fee is credited to your account.
During the consultation you will receive:
• Advice on the visa pathways which are available to you
• An assessment of your likely eligibility for each option
• Benefits and disadvantages of each option
• Outline of the main stages in the application process
• Indicative processing time and cost for each option
• A summary of the consultation sent via email
The fee for the consultation is $286 (exclude GST) for up to 60 minutes payable prior to your appointment.
