My name is Cristina and I am a Registered Migration Agent here at Migration Downunder.
I was born in Spain and moved to Australia at an early age when my parents decided to try their luck at a new adventure. My father was a Carpenter and at that time, Australia was in need of Carpenters, so with not a word of English, we packed up and moved to Australia.
I grew up in Sydney and am now fortunate to live on the beautiful Northern Beaches with my three children.
Having personally migrated to Australia, and having many family and friends who have also shared this journey, I have a passion for Immigration and enjoy helping other people get the life they dream of in Australia.
I have successfully completed the strenuous Collage of Law Capstone Examinations and received a place on the School of Law Dean’s Merit List for my outstanding academic achievement in the Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law.
My personal interests include travelling and discovering new places in the world. Having most of my family still living in Spain, I have been very fortunate to be able to travel back to visit them many times and include other countries in the process such as New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Argentina, Columbia, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Malaysia, Qatar and Hong Kong. I feel extremely fortunate to live in such a beautiful country and have also travelled to many parts of Australia including very remote areas of the Outback.
With three young children, I am certainly kept busy these days however, their love of life and adventure has only further complimented mine and we spend many days exploring the great outdoors. We share a love of animals and have made it a hobby of ours to visit Zoos and Aquariums all around Australia and many parts of the world.
My role as a Registered Migration Agent is to provide the highest level of care and quality advice to our clients. My aim is to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients whilst understanding that the journey to securing a future in Australia can be long and extremely stressful and thus providing support every step of the way.
I specialise in family and partner visas, employer sponsored visas, visitor visas and Citizenship. In addition, I have successfully secured work rights, health waivers, character waivers and resident return visas under extremely difficult circumstances. During the pandemic, I have kept up to date with all the latest changes and have secured travel exemptions and temporary activity visas (subclass 408) for our clients.
My favourite thing about working for Migration Downunder is being surrounded by such a loving and warm team. The staff here are all genuine caring people with a passion to help others and who frequently go over and above to ensure success for all our clients. I am privileged to work for Migration Downunder and feel no greater joy than listening to happy phone calls to clients congratulating them on their Visa approvals.
