Meet the Team - Emma Lander

Name: Emma Lander

Language Spoken: English

My name is Emma and I am the Office Manager here at Migration Downunder, a role that I’ve held since January 2022.

I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. In the last decade, I have dedicated my time to supporting and mentoring international students first at an international student agency, and most recently at a creative college. One of the things I have most loved in my career and am excited to continue to do at Migration Downunder, is being a part of the process of people achieving their goals.

What does your role entail at Migration Downunder?

As the Office Manager, I am the first point of contact for most people when they initially reach out to Migration Downunder for assistance; whether that be through a phone call, email or commencing their engagement with us.  I am here to support our clients as well as my colleagues to achieve the best customer service possible!

What’s your favourite thing about working at MDU?

I really love working with our team. Everyone is great at what they do and I really enjoy collaborating with all to make our systems quicker and more efficient for our clients and staff.

How do you spend your time outside of work?

Most of my time outside of the office is spent with a pair of knitting needles in my hands. I enjoy designing, knitting and crocheting new clothes and toys.

I also love exploring various parts of my home state – touring wineries and taking scenic walks. There is so much Sydney and New South Wales has to offer – so feel free to ask me about my favourite spots!

Before any immigration advice can be provided, we must hold an initial consultation which will attract a fee commencing from $385.
