Tell us more about your background.
I’m Franco Guimil, 35 years old, originally from Argentina. I moved to Australia in 2018 on a tourist visa with the initial plan of travelling, surfing the beautiful Australian coast, and improving my English along the way. What started as a short-term adventure quickly became a life-changing decision as I fell in love with the country, its people, and the lifestyle.

What are your long-term plans in Australia now that you’ve gained your visa?
Now that I have my visa, my long-term plans are to aim for permanent residency (PR) and continue building my professional career in the ANZ market. I am excited to further establish myself in the sales industry while also contributing to the community here. Additionally, I want to keep exploring and discovering more of this beautiful country, taking the opportunity to travel and experience all that Australia has to offer. I am looking forward to creating a permanent home in Australia where I can thrive both professionally and personally.
