Professional Background & Qualifications
I am an experienced immigration lawyer with a background across both corporate and government environments, including the Federal Court of Australia and Deloitte. I hold a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales. I work with a broad range of clients – from multinational organisations to individuals – providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice on migration matters.
Your Role at Migration Downunder
At Migration Downunder, I guide clients through strategic visa pathways and manage applications end-to-end. This includes assessing eligibility, determining the most effective approach for each case, and preparing concise, well‑positioned submissions.
Expertise & Passion
I particularly enjoy working on complex cases where strategy is critical, including employer‑sponsored pathways.
My approach is detailed and considered, from thorough document review through to clear analysis and communication. I focus on presenting the strongest possible case while ensuring clients are equipped to make informed decisions with a clear understanding of risk.
I also have an interest in the broader lifecycle of migration matters, including merits review and judicial review processes. I find it particularly rewarding to support clients through complex processes with confidence and to see a well-prepared case come together successfully.
What You Enjoy Outside of Work
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
Fun Fact
I’ve travelled to 27 countries so far and am always looking forward to the next one.
