I am from Singapore and was last working at a local university in the Marketing and Communications department. I’ve also had corporate communications and public relations experience in the national healthcare and research industry.
Prior to this, I was a postgraduate student at the University of Sydney where I completed my Master of Strategic Public Relations. During this time, I worked part-time with Migration Downunder over ten years ago!
What does your role entail at Migration Downunder?
I am responsible for creating strategic marketing campaigns to effectively promote our brand and foster long standing relationships with our clients. I also manage all of our online marketing platforms and content which includes videos, newsletters and articles.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
With two young kids in primary school, you can usually find me at the playgrounds, parks and libraries. When I get more time over the weekend, I try to squeeze in a trip to the beach, catch up with friends over a meal or snuggle indoors with a book.
What’s your favourite thing about working at MDU?
I was the second employee to be employed at Migration Downunder back in 2011 when I was a student in Sydney. So, it has been a full circle moment to return as an employee again. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the passionate team at Migration Downunder. I hope to meaningfully contribute and make a difference to the lives of others who are looking to work or live to this beautiful country.
