Jhep is the newest member of the Migration Downunder team, joining us as a Migration Co-ordinator and bringing with him a wealth of experience in Australian visa processing, compliance, and client service.
He holds a Bachelorof Science in Information Systems and spent eight years working with the Australian Embassy in Manila from 2018 to 2026, where he specialised in visa processing and the assessment of applications in accordance with Australian migration legislation, policy, and procedural requirements. Having worked on the other side of the visa process, Jhep has developed a unique understanding of the standards, expectations, and attention to detail required throughout every stage of an application.
Throughout his career, Jhep has built a reputation for his meticulous approach, strong compliance knowledge, and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and care. His experience within the Australian Embassy has positioned him exceptionally well for his role at Migration Downunder, where he now uses his expertise to support clients and our migration team through often complex visa processes.
Jhep combines a sharp eye for detail with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their migration goals. He understands that every visa application represents an important life decision, and he takes pride in providing responsive, organised, and compassionate support to clients throughout their migration journey.
His background in both government processing and customer service enables him to communicate effectively, manage complex case matters with confidence, and ensure that all applications are prepared to the highest possible standard.
Fun Fact: When he’s not assisting clients, Jhep is a devoted cat owner and proud parent to three cats, who keep him thoroughly entertained and very much in charge of the household! Jhep is also a bit of a a foodie and loves to travel with his wife.
