Meet our Registered Migration Agent: Wei (Alice) Wang
My name is Wei (Alice) Wang and I came to Australia from Mainland China on November 11th, 2001 on a student visa. I came to Australia to further my studies in International Business after completing a bachelor of Commerce Degree at LiaoNing University in China. I studied for my Master of International Business at The University of Wollongong just south of Sydney. I was granted a skilled permanent residency visa after completing my master’s course.
I understand the motivation and have experienced the hardship first hand through the whole immigration process. I also understand how important it was to put my family’s future into a trustworthy professional’s hands when it came to getting the correct Visa and good advice.
I started to be interested in the migration policies and procedures for Australia when I was asked by my family, relatives and friends, who were also interested in coming to Australia, about my experiences in gaining a visa and what advice I could offer them. I decided to undertake the Australian Migration Law Course at the Australian National University and became a registered migration agent in the year 2008.
Since then I have been an active member of the Migration Institute of Australia and have worked in Immigration at the top level.
I like living in Australia and appreciate the multiculturalism philosophy in Australia. I enjoy the beautiful scenery with the family during holidays and weekends. I am fond of listening to music and swimming.
