I’m Kaige, an Office Assistant at Migration Downunder with extensive experience in administration. I’ve previously worked with Australian companies and was born and raised in Metro Manila, Philippines. Over the past five years, I’ve focused on administrative roles, efficiently managing clerical tasks to enhance team productivity.
What does your role entail at Migration Downunder?
As an Office Assistant, I play a crucial role in supporting our Office Manager by ensuring smooth interactions with clients and colleagues. I assist with administrative services for Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) and their clients. Additionally, I serve as her backup, ensuring continuity and efficiency in all operational areas.
What’s your favourite thing about working at MDU?
Working at Migration Downunder, I appreciate the supportive team environment and the opportunity to help clients navigate important life changes. Contributing to a meaningful process and seeing positive outcomes for people is incredibly rewarding.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
During my leisure hours, my primary commitment is volunteering at the Church as a Choir Member, which occupies a significant portion of my time. In addition, I enjoy immersing myself in TV series such as House of the Dragon, engaging in gameplay on Mobile Legends, and refining my musical skills by practicing Church songs on the keyboard.
