While Shavini’s core expertise is in employer-sponsored migration, her experience extends across all major visa categories, including general skilled migration, partner and family visas, complex health and character submissions, regional and training programs through to citizenship. She has managed diverse and complex caseloads throughout her career and has been responsible for the quality and strategic oversight of matters handled by high-performing legal teams.
Shavini is known for her ability to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, practical advice. Drawing on her experience in large corporate and global migration firms, Shavini brings high-level legal expertise to clients of all sizes and backgrounds making complex migration advice accessible, practical and easy to navigate. Shavini works closely with clients to design migration strategies that align with their broader workforce, mobility, and personal objectives, while navigating an increasingly regulated and compliance-focused environment.
