My name is Silvana and I am a Registered Migration Agent having worked previously for Migration Downunder between 2014 and 2018 as a Migration Coordinator, before returning in my current position in 2022.
I hold a post-graduate diploma in Migration Law from Western Sydney University for which I’m proud to be placed on the Dean’s merit list in 2019. I have over a decade of experience in the area of immigration, assisting individual and corporate clients. I specialise in family & employer sponsored visas in addition to Australian citizenship applications.
What does your role entail at Migration Downunder?
Based in the Migration Downunder Sydney office as a qualified Migration Agent, I look forward to assisting my clients achieve their migration dreams and create a better life in Australia. There is no better feeling than letting one of my clients know that their visa has been granted.
I really love working on family visas with a focus on Partner Visas and Parent Visas.
What’s your favourite thing about working at MDU?
The best part about being working here is the joy I get when I know I helped someone build a better life in Australia. As a daughter of immigrants, I know what moving to Australia meant for my parents. Although I was born in Australia, I am aware about the difficulties my family had to go through to start a better life.
I also love my team. We have a great culture. We are a multicultural team and I get to learn so much from each team member every day.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
I was born and raised in Australia and currently living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches raising my family of three daughters with my husband.
My life outside of work is spent taking my three daughters to their various activities and sporting commitments. We are a football loving family and this in turn has seen me lace up my boots to play summer soccer with my fellow mums.
I also enjoy travelling and have recently been to the UK, Germany and Austria with my family.
