Tell us a little about your background
I am Suraj. We moved to Australia back in 2016 from New Zealand on a work visa. My wife and 2 sons have made Sydney our home.
What made you want to live in Australia permanently?
We always wanted to migrate to Australia. The weather, standard of living and community with the added benefit of proximity to home were the main factors that motivated us to get our Permanent Residency here.

What are your plans now that you are a citizen?
The plan is to settle down. We have bought a place here in Sydney and the boys love it here. There are a lot of countries that we want to travel to. And considering we have a very powerful passport in hand, traveling to those countries should be relatively hassle free! We are super excited!
