I was born in the United States and moved to Australia in 2019 to pursue a career in academia at the University of Melbourne.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Migration Downunder. They did an excellent job explaining the steps involved in applying for citizenship and were very quick to respond to any questions I had. The instructions I received from them were very easy to follow, and they provided me with helpful resources to prepare me for my citizenship test and interview.

What are your plans for the future?

Becoming a citizen opens many doors for me in terms of reaching certain leadership positions, and I’m also interested in potentially becoming more involved in local politics. I also want to visit Cuba since this isn’t easy to do as an American!

Excellent work from Philippines to Australia. I found Julie and migration downunder with their youtube channel. Very informative. Silvana at Migration Downunder processed my wife's 309 visa and at the time, I thought the fee was high (comparable with competitors) However the amount of work needed and the effort they put in, was well worth it. I'm known to cut corners but Silvana was always in contact to get photos and paperwork, always in constant contact with us, always updating the immi. It really was a HUGE amount of work and professionalism shown by MD. Their streamlined processes make it very convenient. It was a choice between MD and another visa provider, however at the start I reached out by email to ask a few questions to prepare for the visa and Julie (the principal) answered them no problem, where the other company wanted a consulting fee just for answering a few questions by email. So migration downunder was the clear choice. They were patient for a few months of back and forward emails then i engaged their services.. Start to finish (lodgement to approval) was just under 10 months process (this included delays in Ph with obtaining documents) Every document or photo or evidence Silvana asked for, was lodged immediately to immi, on the day i provided it to MD. There was no chasing them up. They always confimed lodment and any documents i had missed. I was notified by email at 10pm of the approval as silvana was checking her email, she sent the good news, she did not wait until she was in the office or wait until Monday morning to open her emails. This might sound trivial however all these small things all add up and make a big difference in the experience. Even after the approval, silvana advised we would need a CFO.. I had no idea about this but if we did not get that small amount of information, just one peice of the puzzle missing, 1 minor detail left out, that would be the best part of $2000+ 💸 lost in flights. I have no doubt I could not have achieved this result on my own. I had previously applied for a tourist visa for my partner and was turned down.. on a tourist visa!! MD asked me to leave this review after their completed work and I was shocked there is 380 reviews all 5 star.. but I can see why and they deserve it. Thanks a lot and I will be using them for more work in the future
