Vaccinated Singaporean Citizens To Enter Australia

It is welcoming news, that from 21 November 2021 Singaporean citizens who are considered fully vaccinated will be able to travel to Australia quarantine-free (to participating states and territories) and without seeking a travel exemption.

Currently, the participating states and territories are New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory.  If an eligible Singaporean citizen wishes to travel to an Australian state or territory other than the above three, you must adhere to the rules of that state and territory, including quarantine requirements.  States and territories are responsible for determining and managing quarantine arrangements.

Eligible travellers will also be asked to complete an Australia Travel Declaration (ATD) at least 72 hours before departure.

If a Singaporean citizen is travelling with a family member who is not a citizen of Singapore (and is also not an Australian citizen or permanent resident), those family members are not eligible to travel to Australia without a travel exemption.
